We would like to welcome you
to DakotahMoon Ranch! We are located on the panhandle of Florida in north
Okaloosa County. We are a very small farm concentrating on a breeding program
with excellence and integrity at the forefront of our vision. Our breeding
program offers excellent horses out of today's bloodlines such as Boones
Little Buckeroo, Little Bran and L & D Scout (to name a
few). Our objective is to promote and portray the miniature horse honestly,
accurately and with integrity. Our philosophy is that in order to produce
an exceptional quality foal, you start with exceptional parents and
grandparents. If we don't feel we can improve the breed of the American
Miniature Horse by breeding a particular mare to a particular stallion, the
breeding will never take place. We breed for disposition, conformation and
balance, with color as an added plus! All of our horses are AMHA registered and
some are dually registered with AMHR.
